This is great. I love your use of colour on page 2, and I don’t even wanna know how many times you redrew Pasq’s mouth on the 2nd panel of page 4. I can tell!
I can really empathize with her on this one and she hasn’t said a word. God damn dude.
Ok I’m done with the shaft, did you want me to work the head or the balls next?
Haha actually once for that mouth. In the sketch it was a straight-up frown, but when I did the line art, it was a weird frown/smile messy line and was just like, “yup,” and moved on. Thank you so much for the kind words though 🙂
God, sometimes the relatability of this comic hits me so hard it’s like an emotional bullet shot straight into my chest. That feeling of wondering if the people who are around you are actually your friends and constantly seeing reminders of people who seem to have what you don’t.
It makes me want to move away to some nowhere place because at least then I can convince myself the reason no one reaches out to me is because no one knows me.
Definitely a hypothermia induced hallucination in the form of a life lesson moral story. At least that’s what I’m banking on considering she’s suddenly wearing Trisssh’s elephant hat for the dog.
Great to see Mr. Jones again. Shame he didn’t go speak to Pasqualo, his partner in Dreadbear culling, but I guess he was too busy thinking of porno. Pasqualo, of course, is to depressed to initiate human interaction.
I’ve been reading these comics for years now and only just realized I’ve been obsessed with shoegaze because of them. I think about this comic whenever I hear Beach House.
That makes me very, very happy. Beach House is my favorite band. I think I’m like you, too. I heard Beach House and I immediately wanted to find more stuff like them. That’s when I dove into dream pop and shoegaze and all that other fun stuff. Cheerz!

In this world… I feel like subconsciously she misses her other half. But she can’t save herself. I wonder if she’ll ever know the truth.

PasCUCKalo…
Man, this is super relatable and hits hard dude.
Love you and your work Gob and Josef, keep it up guys.
I can relate with being depressed about not having cyclops friends.

oh hey I didn’t realize that was Ally’s sister in the clothes shop until this reread; that’s cool
