I’m suspecting that in the next page the mayor’s gonna be see this as neglectful/emotional abuse and ask pasqualo if she is and she’ll try to deny the claims and unconsciously confess that she is and be put into foster home (maybe placed with with Allison or Katie for the a while) but only that’s just wishful speculation.
