Color match for Pasqualo would seem to indicate that it’s Momsqualo, but that would mean she’s back from making her attempt on God (since she just came out of the Heaven portal). The armor could be something the Devil gave her to help with the attempt, but something still seems off about it all. Does sort of explain where those two have been, though.
I was in the Patreon stream when you were working on the strip that ended up being his first appearance, the inception of Bumbis. He was starting to become one of the gang… and in a flash he’s gone forever.

Great comic Gob! You had me on the edge of my seat! I thought Allison was going to die for a second there, but thankfully she managed to dodge at the last second and the entire gang got off scot-free.
Just noticed in panel 7 that she thought Pasqualo meant “Pee Plops” like some kind of childish word for dick or vagina and he thought she was just laughing because everyone always ragged on Peeplops and it was normal. This is an awesome way to remind the audience about the loss of existence thing thats happening without breaking immersion by having the characters cognizant of it (because its a huge dealio).
Given my theory about who and what Jennifer is and always has been, this is extremely fucking metal and gives me renewed hope for a mindblowing payoff.

And what about Tubsy? Is the “You’ll be alright” thing just a tough guy schtick, or does he actually know that she really will be by forgetting him? I mean, he is (or was) a certified badass.

I’ve been playing an Emerald Nuzlocke recently with some of my team named after It Hurts!! characters. Just now in the Mossdeep gym Tubsy the Azumarill died fighting alongside Ally the Mightyena and it brought me back to this page.
