Wish I had a good answer for that. I wrote the Christmas ones as silly goofs, but I personally think Mark can probably talk now. Why he hasn’t yet, I don’t know. I do think it’s funny that he’s just there and not really contributing much. I think he was mentioned in the boules script because they needed another guy on a team. I drew him in this comic too, because why not lol

Is the reason that Mark could speak in the Christmas special but has not since because the Christmas special is non-canon?
