So, did they all use the “pretty” machine that “burns more fuel than the Concorde”?
Concord eats up about 7 liters of aviation fuel per second in flight.
1 liter of avgas is about $2-2.5 per liter. That’s $17.5 per second, taking maximum price.
If the machine takes about 5 seconds for a dress-up sequence, that’s $87.5 per person.
So, 4 additional sessions will cost $350, exactly.
Bit expensive, but they are not doing that every day, so I guess it’s not too bad.
