i do this too, still to this day.
i tie and untie the shoes properly but don’t loosen the laces so i have to cram my feet in anyways, maximizing time wasted AND heel annihilation.
Aaah Pasq, I did the same thing for the longest time.
Literally everyone I’ve ever known does this.
I stopped doing this when I got nice shoes that I wanted to last.
I do this but i use a meter-long metal shoe horn so my shoes still look nice mostly
