I resent that comment about Sonic 3D Blast.
lol I picked it as a joke since nobody actually likes 3D blast. in fairness I might be biased because when I was eight it gave me an incredible headache that made me spontaneously start vomiting everywhere.
Sonic 3D Blast might have it’s issues but I still think it’s a pretty nice game, not bad at all. Plus the Soundtrack is absolutely amazing (On the Genesis version)
The Sonic games on Genesis were a big part of my life growing up. ‘Sonic & Knuckles’ (featuring lock-on technology) was insane. On the other hand, it felt like part of my childhood ended when I played ‘3D Blast’ for the first and only time. I had never experienced disappointment like that before.

The entire fucking chapter hyping “the new character” up, which of course, is the joke.
I thought it would be… some “perfect” version of Pas, a “I’m you, but comically better in everyway at whatever it is you’re considered being good at”, which would play into Pas’ insecurities even harder.
