No, except yes. There’s no biological mechanism for it to directly cause body odor (there’s some metabolic conditions where you’re not correctly breaking down sugar, but frankly those fall under the “you have bigger problems than odor” heading). But there’s an awful lot of people that think they handle milk just fine when they actually have low-grade lactose intolerance. Farty.
